Chick is a retired USAF Officer, co- founder and former CEO of Quantum Technology Sciences, Inc. (QTSI) Headquartered in Cocoa Beach, Florida. During his Quantum career, Chick supported the development of a Tactical Geophysics capability in the area of Unattended Ground Systems (UGS). Now as the CEO for CyberTransitions, LLC, Chick is leading a new venture to protect and secure company networks, plus applying Virtual Reality (VR) to the world of training requirements. Chick has over 30 years of government procurement strategy experience plus extensive expertise in high technology.
